Type of grape:
50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 50% Tempranillo.
Hand picked in October and placed in 1o kgs. crates. The Cabernet Sauvignon is kept for 16 months in new Allier French Oak barrel of fine grain and the Tempranillo is kept 16 months in American Oak barrels.
Vibrant Cherry Red.
An intense bouquet of french oak, and a fruity, earthy depth with a mixture of liquorice, herbs and a touch of spice.
An expressive well rounded full bodied smooth wine, with a strong and well structured texture, with fine tannins an endless and elegant finish.
All types of meat, rice dishes, pasta dishes, cured cheeses, foie gras, patés and cured meats.
Temperature and optimal conditions:
16 – 18ºC. Decantation recommended.
