Type of grape:
30% Merlot, 40% Bobal and 30% Tempranillo.
Hand picked between September & October and placed in 10 kgs crates. The grapes are kept separately in French Oak barrels for 9 months and are mixed 3 months before bottling.
An expressive wine with vivid fruit flavors and undertones of ripe plums.
Its fresh to the palate, meaty, creamy with a fruity sensation and a pleasant longing balance after taste. A very elegant wine which can be mixed with many varieties of food.
All types of meat, rice dishes, pasta dishes, cured cheeses, foie gras, patés, cured meats.
