Type of grape:
A modern style wine, produced by blending the specific characteristics of 50% Chardonnay, 40% Merseguera and 10% Pinot Noir grapes variety with the distinct personality of La Finca San Blas

Fermentation at 17ºC for two weeks. Aging with its own yeast in a stainless steel tank for two months.

Straw yellow color with greenish reflections.

Tasting note:
A brilliant white wine with a striking golden straw-yellow colour. On the nose it is subtle with distant traces of citrus and a hint of flowers. On the palate it is fresh, fruity and crisp with a pleasant finish. It has a medium to long after-taste that is beautifully balanced.

Alone or with all kinds of fish and seafood, white meats, seafood pasta and rice, fresh fruits and nuts.

Temperature and optimal conditions:
8 – 10ºC
