Type of grape:
Harvested at night to avoid the high temperatures and the light to protect the grapes from oxidation. Fermented at 13ºC which produces the perfect aroma. After fermentation it’s kept with the lees for three months stirring (bâttonage) it weekly to get a more structured wine making it more persistent in the mouth.
A new yellow color with verdant reflections.
With moderate intensity, it’s sweet at the beginning, fresh and well balanced with a medium persistence. It is easy to drink and it has a strong fruity character. The sharp end is typical for the Verdejo variety.
It is recommended to pair with rice, seafood and light cheeses.

Serve chilled a 8 – 10ºC
